Exciting news! Starting 1st August 2023, we will be introducing new AI features and capabilities that help teams operate efficiently and maximize your technology investments.

We built JustCall in 2016 with the aim to meet the voice and communication needs of businesses across the globe. Over the last 7 years, we have been committed to continuously enhancing our product and improving the user experience. In June, we announced our new AI-powered Conversation Intelligence platform, JustCall iQ, to enhance agent onboarding, agent productivity with improved analytics to help your team be more productive.

At JustCall, we’re committed to ensuring that modern sales and support teams get access to the best communication features. To amplify this further, we’re now introducing AI capabilities on JustCall and an all-inclusive price to provide customer-facing teams a new level of interactions, productivity, and performance. 

Here’s a quick glimpse into what our new pricing plans include:

All-Inclusive Packaging 

Based on longstanding demands from our customers, our new packages will now be inclusive of calling credits and SMS segments in the US, UK, Canada and Australia.

AI Capabilities

Our pricing packages have been revamped to include AI capabilities such as SMS AI, transcription, and call summary as part of the platform. This will enable our users to make smarter, well-informed decisions thanks to AI-based conversational insights.

Our new feature bundles are crafted to serve real business use cases throughout a customer’s lifecycle. Start with the Essentials plan for basic business communication. Upgrade to the Business and Pro plans as your needs grow and you require workflow automation and advanced features.

Ideal for small teams, the Team Plan brings powerful functionalities such as our introductory AI powered transcription & summaries, team-level analytics, Whatsapp messaging, CRM & helpdesk integrations and other advanced functionalities.

Pro Unlock Peak Performance and Accelerate Productivity

The Pro Plan is built to cater to large teams looking for automation, team management capabilities, and advanced analytics. It provides advanced automation capabilities such as Bulk SMS, Sales Dialer, live call monitoring and SMS AI capabilities of tone analysis and message rephrasing.

Business All in One: Security, Compliance and Flexibility

The Business Plan is ideal for organizations looking for custom usage bundles. Users get access to the Notetaker AI offering, advanced security and compliance, premium support and customer success offerings.

What JustCall’s Updated Pricing Means for Existing Users

For existing JustCall users, the old plans (Standard or Premium) will be phased out and replaced by the new pricing plans. While all new subscribers will be moved to our new pricing plans, our existing customers have the choice to either stay with their existing plan for an extended period, or switch to a new plan now.
