JustCall and the team have been working hard to bring customer happiness satisfaction with new changes and improvements. And we are happy to share here, all that we achieved because of the love and support from our customers!<\/p>\n

Taking feedback and customer pain points into account, our team works to develop new features and updates each month. Here’s a quick brief of the latest news and product updates in 2021:<\/p>\n

1. Conversation Intelligence with JustCall & Hubspot<\/h2>\n

First on our list is Conversation Intelligence<\/strong><\/a> with Justcall & Hubspot. An update that provides sales and service reps with tangible call insights as never before.<\/p>\n

Conversation intelligence is an efficient add-on to call recordings<\/strong><\/a> and call notes<\/strong><\/a>. Here, not only the recording but the call transcription<\/strong><\/span><\/a> is available directly in your Hubspot account.<\/p>\n

With call transcripts<\/strong><\/a> of every call easily available, you can easily look for specific keywords. For example, if you want to know whether you have discussed pricing with your lead, you can easily search for the keyword “pricing” in the available transcript.<\/p>\n

This has made call coaching<\/strong><\/a> for managers super easy. Now, Managers can go through transcripts to understand the weak and strong points of any call.\u00a0 They can easily tag agents to a certain point of the transcript to let them know where they went wrong.<\/p>\n

Adding on to advanced feature settings in Hubspot, JustCall Hubspot\u00a0integration,<\/a>\u00a0allows you to easily make\/receive calls, send\/receive text messages straight from Hubspot. You can easily log engagements for your calling and texting activities.<\/p>\n

With the newest intelligent incoming call routing<\/strong><\/a> in HubSpot, customers can straight away be connected with the right agents. Team leads or call center agents can smoothly channelize incoming calls among teammates, based upon the contact ownership they have on Hubspot.<\/p>\n

Call routing has escalated customer satisfaction to a great deal. Now, customers can right away talk about their issues and get quick solutions from the concerned agent.\u00a0<\/span>This way customers don\u2019t have to jump on multiple calls before getting connected with the right agent.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Dynamic Dialing Campaign-Share with Multiple Team Members<\/h2>\n

Autodialer, as you know, quickens sales processes by 2X. With the new update, comes the Dynamic Dialer. With this, you and your team can start off multiple campaigns simultaneously.<\/p>\n

Dynamic Dialing Campaign, in short, is a never-ending campaign. In fact, it is an automated one. Here, you can easily set up automation<\/strong><\/a> and contacts will be automatically fetched via APIs.<\/p>\n

The dynamic dialing campaign will keep on dialing the contacts one after the other, making sure\u00a0that no contact is called twice. All you need is to set up the outbound call campaign, assign it to an agent, and sit back to relax!<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

Dynamic dialing has doubly increased the efficiency of sales processes!<\/p>\n

5. Secure line in AutoDialer<\/h2>\n

How about being able to switch off and resume call recording whenever you require on a call? The Secure Line in AutoDialer makes that possible!<\/p>\n

This feature update allows users to enable secure line during calls (made from AutoDialer campaigns). This will allow the users to stop\/resume call recording in between the call by just toggling the recording option ON\/OFF.<\/p>\n
