Question: How we get CLI routes in India, so that my users will be able to make calls on Indian numbers via my portal like Skype?

Answer: You can get Click To Call button from JustCall account and add it to your site. People can click on that button and call you directly from the website.

How to make this work for Indian numbers?

  • Create a JustCall account with your Indian phone number
  • Get a virtual phone number from your JustCall account ( you get 2 phone numbers for free with smallest plan on JustCall)
  • Go to Business Tools > Click To Call section and grab button code

That’s it. A visitor can now click on that button and call you. You will receive the call on your Indian phone number and on the web app. You can pick this call from anywhere.

If you are not around, user will be able to leave a voicemail for you. And, you will get that voicemail via email immediately.

With a click to call button you can essentially direct your customer directly to your sales/service teams. You’ll be able to serve your customer better and your customer will be happy.
